    Very clean place with nice atmosphere. Maybe the music was a little bit loud.
    I ordered the bacon burger combo and it was one of the best burgers i've ever tried!
    The owner was very friendly. And the staff very friendly and polite. It was only a pleasure to visit Giant Burger as it is a place were you are wanted. (:

    Giant Burger is a classic hamburger joint near the border of Oakland and San Leandro on Doolittle (near the airport).  This place offers a lot of hamburger and hotdog classic options, but also chicken teriyaki salmon teriyaki fish and chips and a plethora of other items.

    This place is nearby where I work and it's always nice to be able to phone in your food order and pick it up in about 15 minutes. Lots of people from my work like to come here for the hamburgers, but the fish and chips and salmon teriyaki are exceptional here. This place is also a blast from the past, offering great milkshakes and other classics like iceberg lettuce for your salad which is something you don't see a lot these days.

    What makes me give them 5 stars are the owners, they are a true mom and pops shop with the sweetest lady taking your order.  The husband is on the line making it all, and the Matriarch takes your order with a smile.  Lots of nostalgia and great carbs here, but be prepared to fight for a table around Noon.  This place is very popular for Blue collar and White collars alike, classic Burgers and more!

    Giant Burger is definitely 4 stars for people in the immediate area as there are few food options nearby.

    offerings: breakfast, burgers, hot/cold sandwiches, fish & chips
    eats: 3 piece fish & chip (7.45)
    -fries the usual frozen kind, crispy texture, mushy insides.
    -tartar sauce just watery mayo. cole slaw more tasty, crunchy
    -fried fish crunchy texture, firm fish texture, didn't taste like catfish, some kind of bland whitefish
    3.5 stars

    -empty boxes piled up near back indicate food sourced from wholesale warehouse.
    -big low maintenance parking lot.
    -quick friendly service, 10 ish tables inside for dining.
